Description

16Mo3 per EN 10028-2. Mo addition (0.25-0.35%) reduces creep rate and increases elevated temperature strength vs plain carbon grades. Standard boiler steel for superheater headers, drum shells and steam piping where service temperatures exceed capability of plain carbon steels.
