CuBe2 (CW101C / C17200) per EN 12163 / ASTM B197. 2% Be precipitation hardening gives the highest strength and hardness of any copper alloy after aging (HRC 36-42, Rm 1200-1400 MPa). Non-sparking, non-magnetic. 22% IACS conductivity. Standard for: ATEX non-sparking tools in oil/gas, precision instrument springs, submarine cable terminations and high-load connector contacts.
