Description

CuNi2Si (C70250 / CW111C) per ASTM B702 / EN 12163. Ni-Si precipitation hardening gives Rm 600-800 MPa with 35-45% IACS — better conductivity-strength combination than CuBe alloys at lower cost and without Be hazard. Standard for high-performance electrical connector springs, IC lead frames and precision relay springs where CuBe2 is too expensive or too hazardous.
